Release: Search by creator & Symbiote dev improvements

In this release, we've added the ability to search community creations by creator. 

Simply type a creator's name, click the little "Search for creators" button, and the filter will be added. You can then search by tag and name within that creator's works.

We've also got something for the Symbiote developers!

The debug button now takes you directly to the dev-tools with your symbiote already connected. This replaces the old step where you had to go via another page and pick which symbiote you were working with.

We've moved the debug button into the symbiote nav-bar so you don't have to go back to the symbiote list to click it. And we've also added a fallback favicon.ico to TaleSpire, so you no longer get the warning that it is missing in the dev console. More things are on the way. Until then, have fun!
