Greetings!

With a lot of work continuously being done on the Chimera Build, I wanted to get a few things out of the way. It is easy for tutorials etc to be left till the last moment and we're hoping to avoid that for the Early Access Release. 

So to start with that I've gotten rid of the old Help Panel.

In favor of something a bit more contextual and takes up a little less space.

(This is all a preview of what's to come)

It can still be hidden like the original. But it has some added benefits such as being able to change content on hover, display more information/descriptions when hovering over UI, and hooking into the Input Binding system when Input Remapping becomes available.

I've also added contextual cursors to help indicate when something is interactable or what a key modifier might be doing in a specific situation.

Hopefully, this will help navigate through features, old and new.

There will be a tutorial panel to go with this where you can explore the different features and learn about them. Hoping to have a version of that up and running soon as well.
